With an enclosed area of 4' x 4' plus the small veranda it is an ideal first playhouse. It is tested to EN71 the European safety standard for toys. The timber is all high grade, FSC certified and supplied in a honey brown timber basecoat ready for you to apply your own top coat; once you've agreed on a colour! The Kitty is clad in 12mm shiplap boards on a 34mm square framing with a T&G floor and OSB roof. All fixings and roof felt are provided along with assembly instructions. Dimensions shown are for the exterior wall of the building. Before you assemble your building, you will need a base which is flat and level to a sufficient size. Grass, soil or gravel are not sufficient as they will move with the weight of a building. (Imperial measurements are rounded so please refer to the metric sizes for accuracy)
