For the price, I think it is very good value. Much quieter than my previous kettle. The lid is quite hard to pull up and open and if not careful, results in the condensation under the lid spraying outwards!! My fault I thought it was a press button to release the lid. The reason I gave a low rating is i received the wrong colour that wasn't my fault had to stay in for two whole days for the items to be returned you don't make it very easy for the elderly customer when it could be as simple as putting a returns label in with the order incase the items need to be returned.
