Another open-box win. Fairly straightforward to assemble - many reviews comment that it needs two people but I didn’t have any trouble on my own (maybe I just have really long arms). The only tricky part for me when installing the base , I should have left the screws attaching the sides just a little looser so it was easier to slot it in. I love the way the chair looks and it was pretty easy to put together. I think it’s pretty comfortable. However I am concerned about the cushions long term - they have already made impressions in them from sitting on it maybe an hour or two a day for the last week. I also wish the cushion on the ottoman would attach to its base - I’m thinking about using Velcro on it. I would highly recommend this couch for great support, great price, great service and great looks. It feels very sturdy and holds you snugly. Absolutely rubbish, the sofa cushions are so hard they are glued to a board so you can’t turn or swap them over, I had them removed and replaced costing £450 the sofa came with silver stud’s around the arms the the chair had gold ones.
