The Premiere 5 Ply Uncoated range is GreenPans new addition, this is a premium 5 Ply stainless Steel collection. It features three layers of aluminium strategically placed between stainless steel to create a thermal sandwich that delivers faster, more even heat distribution across the entire cooking surface. This means no hot spots, no burnt edges, and no under-cooked centres. Just consistent, professional results every time. Unlike a single thick slab of aluminium, which can trap heat and cause uneven cooking, multiple thinner layers allow heat to flow more efficiently and respond more quickly to temperature changes. This gives the cook more control and precision whether you're searing, simmering, or sautéing. And because the aluminium is fully encapsulated in stainless steel, you get the best of both worlds: the lightweight, high-performance heat conduction of aluminium, and the durability, safety, and elegance of stainless steel.

This versatile stainless steel cookware set from Tramontina offers durability and increased cooking performance at an affordable price. The triple layer base, which comprises a sandwich of stainless steel-aluminum-stainless steel, ensures even heat distribution and more efficient cooking and is suitable for all hob types including induction. Comfortable stainless steel handles feature across the collection on both the lids and bodies. All items are dishwasher safe and can also be used in the oven (up to 260°C).
