Wow! Just wow! The photos don’t do this sofa justice. I bought the brown version based on a reviewers photo of the colour, rather than the one Wayfair used, and I would say the other reviewers photo was a better illustration of the actual shade. I’m absolutely thrilled with the quality of this sofa, and the faux leather effect which feels like soft almost smooth suede effect. It’s beautiful. This is the first time I’ve ordered a sofa without trying it out in a physical shop. But given the fact I’ve sat on a sofa, ordered it, and then what’s delivered is nothing like the one I tried out, I figured I had nothing to lose. It’s firm but comfy and fantastic value!. Jan. This was a real bargain and has transformed our lounge. My dog gives it 5 stars too. It’s comfy yet structured so you’re not swallowed. It looks sumptuous in teal. We love it. Delivery was outside the the delivery company’s estimated arrival but within Wayfair’s day estimate and was swiftly manoeuvred into our lounge. I would highly recommend this couch for great support, great price, great service and great looks. It feels very sturdy and holds you snugly. The orientation we wanted was out of stock when we were looking at this sofa. Were told we would be informed when available. Didn’t get any messages so started looking at other sites and trawling round the furniture shops to see if we could see anything similar that we liked (No joy). Looking again through Wayfair and saw that ‘our’ one was available, though we had not been informed. Ordered the sofa and two of the footstools in chocolate. Were given separate delivery dates for sofa and stools for about 5 weeks later (approx 1 week between deliveries. Were kept well informed by the courier company and that the sofa would be a week early. It duly arrived, well packagedprotected. The two guys delivered it into the lounge and offered to unpack it, which I declined as it was 4pm and they still had 5 ‘drops’ to do. Got a phone call half an hour later from the courier company to check that everything was OK. Assembly was a doddle. Footstools arrived 4 days later (legs already attached).
