So far so good. The given measurements appear correct. It came with 3 strong hooks with expanding fixings but I've not used them as I already had hooks installed. One of the two hanging loops on the housing did come out when I was hanging the unit but somehow I was holding the unit and it didn't fall. In fairness, I was pulling the housing to one side more than would be expected. Compared to another pull down screen I have this is noticeably more cheaply made but you get what you pay for and you can't fault it for the price. After a several uses it continues to pull down, lock and retract as expected. The huge screen is amazing and the black housing works well as a top border for the image.. Colm. Ireland.
