I love my chair the grey matches my sofas. I'm really impressed with the service given by Wayfair and Inbox Zero! When assembling my chair, I found step 5 to be confusing and as a result, I needed to remove two bolts to make corrections, but the bolts pulled out the inner screw nuts with them. With no way to put these back in, I was left with a chair without one armrest. I contacted Wayfair and they promptly took care of my case and resolved the issue with the manufacturer, Inbox Zero. No questions asked, no hassle. The chair itself seems very sturdy. This is my 5th chair in 3 years, all costing around the same price range. What a wonderful chair. For the price, I was not expecting something of such quality. It does come with simple instructions and the parts (screws etc) are all clearly labelled. Whilst it looked daunting at first, laying all the parts out made it easier to put together. The fabric is easily wiped. The head pillow is ok but Im not sure it is something I will use.
