Wall Attached Foldable Bed

Overall happy with the purchase, looks great and is extremely practical for having a n extra bed in a small space. One thing I would be wary of is that it’s quite tricky to assemble and you need to make sure you are able to attach well to a wall (at the very least to the studs). The instructions for assembly aren’t very clear when it comes to installing the mechanisms and springs. Also the delivery wasn’t great - the company delivered later than the expected date and refused to bring the boxes up one flight of stairs in the apartment building. I appreciate the current COVID restrictions, however leaving it in the hallway on the first floor is not much different to leaving it in the hallway on the ground floor w.r.t entering the building. Items were very heavy and needed more than one person to move.. Anonymous. Thu Jul 30 2020

This strong and clean-lined metal bed frame seamlessly blends in with the style of just about any room. Crafted with a modern, minimalist silhouette, the frame doesn’t skimp on stability. This folding table is especially handy for small rooms and niches where there isn't space for a larger table. As a slightly lower table, it is also suitable for a nursery. If the table is not needed, it can be folded and hung flat to the wall, so that it takes up very little space. Depending on the nature of the wall, the load capacity may be limited. Please check before assembly, whether the mounting accessories included in delivery are suitable.

Exactly what I was looking for. Anonymous. Sun Apr 12 2026

A truly stunning folding table which is especially versatile thanks to its integrated shelf. This item boasts plenty of storage space with a maximum of 13 different compartments, making it particularly suitable as a kitchen table with integrated spice rack. Further, the shelves can be used individually, so you can adapt them to your needs. The wall-mounted table can be used in any room, as a children's desk or as a small workplace for yourself.

I really like this desk, perfect for a very small room. The quality is good for the price but not without some small imperfections. I was lucky I had someone experienced putting this together as I would have struggled. The little hole that allows to align and secure the desk with one of the “legs” was too far forward which meant I couldn’t fit them together. Luckily the person putting it up for me managed to expand the hole allowing for the desk to align and be secure. Still 4 stars and definitely worth recommending. Martyna. Sun Apr 09 2023

Excellent quality and great value I’m really pleased with the Dekker Metal Platform Bed. It looks stylish and modern, and the metal frame feels strong and sturdy. The wooden slat support provides good stability and makes the bed feel comfortable and secure. Assembly was straightforward, and once put together, the bed feels solid with very little movement or noise. The quality is excellent for the price, and it looks even better in person. Happy with the finished product although construction is not for the faint-hearted. It says it requires three people to assemble it however I managed 95% of it on my own and with a bit of planning, a second person is useful when it comes to manouvering the two halves around the room. I managed to construct the double bed version entirely in a room which is only 13ft by 8ft. The hardest part is following the instructions, they are not particularly clear in places and the "magnified" bits could do with being 2x larger. One step is particularly baffling where it expects you to screw a large nut in at either side but doesn't explain that you do it from the opposite side (well I did anyway because it was impossible to do it any other way). Some of the wooden holes didn't line up perfectly with the metal frame so I had to enlarge them slightly with a drill. Also some of the screws are already screwed into the pieces rather than being in the bags so you can be hunting around for things which are hiding in plain sight. Once constructed and in place the bed feels solid, the mechanism works well, in fact the springs are so powerful that until you get the bed flat it feels like it would catapult shut if you get go of it! The straps which hold the mattress in place seem like a bit of an afterthought, there are no pre-drilled holes to fix them in place and you just basically screw them to the wood, it'd look nicer using steel screw cup washers.. The large drawer and side shelves provide convenient storage for bedding and essentials. Made from sturdy pinewood and MDF, this space-saving bed is perfect for apartments, guest rooms, or multifunctional spaces.

Very disappointed Shoddy workmanship with poorly aligned pilot screw hols, some holes inadequately pre-drilled out, poorly aligned panels. The professional who I paid to assemble it was not impressed! And he was very surprised by how much I paid for the unit. Also, I was under the impression that the mattress that I was upselled would fold up into the unit. It doesn’t!. Richard Mendelson. Dorking.
