The water tank is made from lightweight fiberglass. The delicate relief carvings that appear on the range were inspired by the decoration within the Mahal. This elegant fountain has the water flowing gently from the top of the backplate into the tank below. Installation is easy as all you need is an outdoor power supply. The water is self-contained and is circulated by a pump.

This water pump is totally hand operated, and very easy to use. By moving the handle up and down, water is pumped from the ground and will flow out from the tap. This hand pump can be easily installed. With a cast iron construction, it is robust and highly durable. The pump itself has a 38 mm (1 1/2") female fitting at the bottom, and a PVC pipe or a stainless steel pipe needs to be connected to the fitting (either through a male threaded fitting or with a hose connector) to divert water into the pump. Please note that the delivery includes a pump only; pipes and a stand are not included. Note: We recommend that empty the pump during the winter lest it should freeze inside.

Very pretty and well built, but would be better if the inlet on the bottom was at the back instead of vertical and centered. It makes it hard to plumb. There is no good image of the inlet and no documentation here so it was hard to tell before it arrived, but it is centered on the bottom and big, so there is minimal space between the front edge of the box and the inlet. I’m so disappointed in the I have a beautifully finished landscaped garden with a lovely fountain but it’s not wired up as I’m waiting for the electrician to return.
