The teal colour is beautiful and the fabric is delightfully soft, but I wouldn't say it was particularly weighted.. Laura. Glasgow, GB. Sat Aug 23 2025

Warm, cozy, and reassuringly comfortable. You can use this blanket on either the soft plush side for warmer days or have the fluffy side keep you extra snuggly. Studies show that a weighted blanket like this one can help you sleep for longer and more deeply with fewer interruptions, and wake feeling more refreshed. This blanket's gentle all-over pressure mimics a subtle human hug, applying something called deep touch pressure therapy (DTP) to your body to keep you still and calm. This pressure increases the serotonin and dopamine levels in your brain, relaxing your nervous system to help reduce anxiety and stress. The blanket is specifically designed to fit your body, not to drape over your bed, so it can be used on any size of the mattress.

It is amazing. I've always had problems with my sleep. I've even been diagnosed with sleep apnea. I've had this blanket about a week now and already I feel better with my sleep. I would highly recommend this blanket. Anonymous. Tue Jan 24 2023

Very pleased. Not too heavy. I feel slightly overwarm but not hot and the material it is made of seems to help reduce the severity of my nightly hot flushes, and is lovely and satiny smooth soft. As soon as I am under it I feel soothed and sleepy. I chose this blanket too because it is one that can also be wsashed in the washing machine. My quality of sleep ha definitely improved a lot. It is not just me that is delighted, my cat is also over the moon with it. The size is excellent too..long enough to cover my feet well when I bring it up under my chin, and big enough that there are no cold air pockets around my body.. Rosie. Croydon. Mon Feb 26 2024
