I had made a video but I don’t see a way to post it. This is a very soft rug that overall will be perfect in my space. I also bought the rug pad they recommended. However, on three different areas, threads were coming out. Some I could have just trimmed but a couple didn’t get stuck when you pulled them and I was afraid the rug would unravel. Wayfair has been amazing at resolving this for me by sending me a new one which I haven’t received yet. The rug sheds but hopefully after vacuuming this won’t happen anymore. It also appears as different colors depending on the lighting. My room isn’t set up yet but I think it will look nice once all the lamps are back. It’s a beige color but appeared more grey in some lighting.. Margot. Lee, MA. Fri Apr 04 2025

When I started constructing this piece of furniture I noted that there were a couple of chips in the veneer. I was unhappy with this but decided I didn't think they were unsightly enough to warrant returning the whole piece of furniture. I complained through Wayfair and Birlea who produce the item responded very quickly and professionally. I discussed with them what I felt a reasonable fair resolution would would be and they agreed immediately without argument. I feel the level of customer service was very good (particularly compared to recent experiences I've had with other furniture retailers such as Sofology), and I would happily buy other products from them in future. Overall the product itself was good and assembly fairly straightforward, we are happy with it.. Anonymous. Fri Jan 10 2025

This rug has beautiful neutral colors and would probably go in just about any room in my house. I like that it is washable but would prob have to take it to a laundromat to fit into a larger washer because of the size. It is thin but a rug pad beneath helps the comfort under foot.. Jennifer. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an absolutely beautiful dresser and it feels really solid. It took 2 1/2 to 3 hours to put together, and there were a couple parts that were difficult because of the angle of the drill holes, but other than that, it went together really easily. The drawers feel smooth, and I like the leather accents on the handles. The drawers are a little smaller than I was expecting but for a decorative dresser I think this is just fine. It feels really high-quality and it’s really solid so I’m not worried about it breaking or anything. I definitely think the value is there.. Feelingmorethanaliv_8861. Thu Jan 01 2026
