I'm really impressed with the service given by Wayfair and Inbox Zero! When assembling my chair, I found step 5 to be confusing and as a result, I needed to remove two bolts to make corrections, but the bolts pulled out the inner screw nuts with them. With no way to put these back in, I was left with a chair without one armrest. I contacted Wayfair and they promptly took care of my case and resolved the issue with the manufacturer, Inbox Zero. No questions asked, no hassle.
The chair itself seems very sturdy. This is my 5th chair in 3 years, all costing around the same price range. This chair from Wayfair seems to be the most well made and durable so far. It's very comfortable and looks great too!
