Service and product just awful. All four corners of the desk were smashed and one of the legs would not screw in at all. Completely useless and I could not even get a refund because the credit card I used to pay for it (two months ago - it took that long to come) had expired and of course the new card has a new number and the Wayfair representative I spoke to said he had to end the call with me because I could not give him the credit card number I had used to pay with. Really pleased with the finish and look of the desk, it doesn’t appear to mark easily and I think will last a long time. It’s very sturdy and of high quality. It is a beautiful piece of furniture and I’m pleased with it. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the drawers aren’t very smooth, which could be difficult for our children to use and because there’s nothing on the bottom of the legs, it’s just bare wood.
