The bed is lovely once assembled and looks very well in the room. However, when I was putting it together, discovered that there was a significant piece missing (a corner bracket which holds the the bed together.) I contacted Customer service who said they would put me in touch with the manufacturer which could take up to 48 hours. I went to my local Woodies and managed to find a piece that would work as a substitute. By the time I received an email from the manufacturer, I had completed assembling the bed the previous day.
