Took 2 days but 3-4 people, need to make sure you level and check diagonals at all times (luckily my dad knew these things) hardest part and time consuming part is the roof shingles instillation, someone needs to not be afraid of heights and on sit on the roof. We ordered the 5x3 mtr lean to gazebo, so not a small structure! The delivery was excellent, they kept us informed of delivery time, so we were prepared, they had waterproof cover for everything, so it was not left out in the elements. Thoughtfulness throughout. Everything was good quality, clear instructions. My husband is 76, and not a builder, rather he was an engineer, so this was a big job to tackle on his own. The only time he asked for help was to lift the front, so he could attach the beams to the wall mounting, it took four men to lift and hold the front upright, whilst he fixed the beams. Apart from that he did everything himself, making sure at all times everything was square and level. He did a fantastic job! I am beyond pleased with the result. It took him 9 days to build, and put the roofing tiles on, and then we had to wait as he ordered the lead etc which was the very last task. A point to note , everything you need to build the gazebo is there, apart from the lead, filler, wall bolts and patio fixing bolts. The hard wear that is with the gazebo kit, is counted so exactly the right amount is there, no extras, so be careful, dont loose, or misplace anything! We have ended up with an amazing gazebo, so much usable space now to eat outside, sit and relax, we absolutely love it, and have had so many compliments from friends and neighbours! An excellent gazebo with good quality timber, but not an easy job to assemble. This is not a DIY flat pack but a builders kit of parts, although I did to everyones amazement build it myself single handed, but then I am an Electrical Engineer with lots of ingenuity !. Very disappointing that they cant be bothered to drill most of the holes, especially when you get to the end and start the balustrade and find not only the holes are missing, so are any dimensions as to where to drill them, just showing the space between the spindles is not good enough. The roof is the worst part of the assembly when you find 200 pieces of wood with around 450 nails all needing a hole to be drilled to prevent splitting. Having almost finished it, it does look very good, still deciding if I am going to put the shingle on, as there are virtually no instructions or mention of adhesive, I thought this would have been supplied ?. I have watched the You Tube instruction which does not cover this particular assembly. Delivery was very quick, and the delivery drivers were excellent providing us with a lot of help unloading the eye watering mass of parts.. Philip L. Sun Apr 19 2020

This Pent shed is a very practical design and manufactured from high grade, slow grown, FSC approved, North European pine overlap cladding boards over sturdy 34mm square framing with OSB roof and floor. With interchangeable fixed, acrylic windows and large single door. Dip treated base coat preservative ready for top coating. All fixings, roof felt and assembly instructions are provided. Before you assemble your building, you will need a base which is flat and level to a sufficient size. Grass, soil or gravel are not sufficient as they will move with the weight of a building.
