Box arrived ripped and half open, the polysterene protection inside was smashed up and useless so the boards were sliding around on top of each other. A few small marks on some of the boards, however I decided not to return it as they wouldnt be seen. It was very easy to put together and it does look very nice once its built.. Suzanne. Sometimes the measure of a business is not how it worked when things go smoothly, but when things go (a liitle) wrong. I ordered the above unit and it came by 3.30 the following day. Much to our disappointment, when it was unpacked we found it was damaged. Following a call to Wayfair, I was informed the unit would be picked up the next day and replaced as soon as possible. The person on the phone was reassuring and efficient. The unit was collected at 9.00 the following morning and 5 days later we received a perfect replacement. We actually delayed delivery as my husband's birthday intervened. I love the unit, it is well made and modern in appearance. If I had ordered a similar one locally it would have had to wait 6 weeks..
