The bed is a chic rustic barnyard dream come true! With its rounded headboard and footboards that feature geometric-patterned finial posts, this bed has a farmhouse feel that can elevate bedrooms of any style. Built with sturdy metal construction, its frame includes secured metal slats, metal side rails, and additional metal center legs to offer complete support and long-lasting durability. What’s more, thanks to the slats, you won’t need to purchase any additional box springs or foundations all you need is your favorite mattress sold separately. For added functionality, the bed has an adjustable base height with 16.51cm or 27.94cm clearance to accommodate your under-bed storage needs. Whether you need space for shoes or seasonal clothing, this metal bed has a small space living solution for you.

The bed is beautiful and decent quality. It does creak and squeak when tossing and turning. After reading other reviews about the screws coming out we decided to use locktite. This was actually the third bed that was sent to me. The first one was damaged in shipment (never delivered) and the second one didn’t come with hardware. We contacted the manufacturer of the bed they didn’t have any hardware in stock. Wayfair customer service was very lovely and sent a new bed frame. Hopefully I will be able to update this later for a better review.. Teressa. Fort Loudon, PA. Mon Jun 14 2021

From ordering to arrival first class. I'm delighted with my purchase and the service I received thanks to all involved.. Trish. Ardkeen Newtownards, GB. Thu Aug 20 2020

The bed is coated in a print of cut oak wood which from a distance looks real. However, this bed is not solid wood as described, it is chipboard with a laminate print stuck to it. It's worth noting that the item looks grey with a mauve tint in the pictures but it more of a grey with a hint of brown. This is even more so in the fabric in the headboard so will affect colour matching to your room. I'm happy with the item as its for a spare room but don't buy it expecting to have a high quality solid wood item as this is not.. Jamie. Tue Nov 20 2018

The Grosvenor bed frame is made of solid oak. The bed frame has a spindled headboard design with scandi style tapered legs and a low foot end. Available in double or king size

An integrated anti-slip feature ensures your mattress stays securely in place, while the clean lines and smooth finish of the bed posts add a warm, organic touch to any bedroom space.

Great bed so far! The 600kg load it can take must be down to the metal and wood blend. Exterior frame is wood which is perfect, and without me realising the slats that showed up were all metal but they slot into gaps on the wooden frame of the bed so no metal on metal contact really. Haven't had m'lady here yet so so far so good.. Captain. Thu Oct 08 2026

This bed is a piece of furniture with a modern and light design, which definitely stands out from other wooden beds. This bed has a unique, "broken" headrest, which in combination with supporting brackets creates a very interesting and practical form in use. These properties in combination with the specific shape of the legs make this piece of furniture look very dynamic and will surely appeal to people who like a modern style. Like other furniture from this series, this bed was designed by designer Julia Kononenko. Despite the mentioned "lightness", this bed is an extremely solid piece of furniture. The sideboards and most of the construction elements are as thick as 4 cm! This ensures trouble-free use for many years. Like all Corrigan Studio beds, the solidly twisted bed has no right to creak or sound in any situation. They took care of it by designing special fastenings that connect individual elements of the furniture with each other. This bed frame for the bedroom is made of solid pine combined with the so-called "micro trailers". Such a solution ensures that there are no knots or wood blemishes on the outside of the furniture. Individual elements of the furniture are connected with each other by means of thick metal screws. This furniture can be repeatedly unscrewed and screwed. No boards or laminates are used in the production of Scandia furniture! These products are made entirely of wood!

This is a very good bed made from beautiful beech and sleeping in the bed is an absolute delight. So why four stars - well the beautiful headboard is about 10-15cm too small for modern mattresses as seen in the photo with 15 tog quilt and a firmer memory foam mattress so you can’t really see the beautiful beech headboard.
