The assembly instructions ruined the customer experience, which could so easily have been much fun. For starters, there were only images to guide the assembly process for such a complex product. Some wording could have greatly made the assembly much easily understood. Finally and more impartantly, what killed the fun was that the enduser had to draft some technical drawings and measurements to complete the assembly because markings were missing. Part of the set up even included using relatively complex tools. For an item that's meant to be for assembly by Jane-public, this was a feat of engineering which should never again be offered in this format if the end user experience is to retain its value for DIY ease and convenience. On the flip side, once set up, the product has an amazing aesthetic appeal which only a few can rival!

Bought this for my parents as we liked the size and needed it to fit into a small space. That's the good bit. It takes a long time to put together as the instructions are not very clear. The parts are given reference numbers in the instruction guide but not on the actual parts themself. Some of the holes required have not been pre-drilled and there is no top to the cabinet although online it looks like there is. I'm still not sure if I have the bottom plinth or not as I can't identify it. The holes for the drawer runners are not in the correct place either. It's a shame because we like the product but there are a lot of minus points as mentioned above.

Chips easily. Drawer runs squint. Not all preholed so need a drill to completes, assembly. Not worth money. Wouldn't use to furnish a whole kitchen. Used this too fill an awkward space.
