Ariete Vintage 1.7L Dome Electric Kettle

Quiet operation, looks cool.

I bought this same kettle as a replacement for our previous kettle which was great. We can not use this as everytime we boil the water it tastes of plastic. The spout has a plastic insert, I don't know if this is why

Looks fabulous, probably one of the best looking kettles around. Not the quietest or quickest to boil, but not bad & a big improvement on our last kettle. Bought the matching toaster which also looks fab & makes a nice piece of toast, although if you’re using bloomer bread you’ll need to ‘trim it’ as the slots are not that long. Matches my kitchen perfectly & would have given 5 stars, but I want to see if they both keep their good looks & continue to work well for some time to come
