It's very heavy. Bottom wooden board is useful but it's not non stick and after wash it looks scraped all though I used a dish cloth.

Exactely what I wanted, but bear in mind , are really small. 15cm including the edges , means 14cm cooking area . The wooden boards underneath are very well made. I ordered six pans in total,all looking great.
