This item was replaced in July 2023 because of a fault. We are now in December 2023 and there is a split in the serving tongs! We are not into cooking, so the item has not been over used, which is beside the point. This item is less than 6 months old and the set was not cheap to begin with. How can I get the tongs replaced? Returns window is closed! Please see photo. Thank you.
