This was exactly what I was looking for but, unfortunately, the top/ whistle was broken when I opened the box. However, Wayfair are replacing it and have arranged for collection of the faulty one, so I can't complain over the service.

I am trying to return the kettle because when it is heated on the stove it emits a choking noxious chemical smell which fills the kitchen. I am having difficulty filling in the online complaints form andntherenis no telephone nunber to speak to a person. Please help
