Hello. Number order is 3899923134. I buy Tomaso electric Teppanyaki barbecue griddie with lid by belfry kitchen. I bought an item from you that is damaged. the plane is curve not tightened and there are no screws. Today I opened the item I wanted to try and it turned out to be damaged. Thanks You Pawel Koziel
