Absolutely hopeless. Order arrived late and the supplier (Monster group) sent incorrect items. They sent 7 left hand side runners and 9 right hand side. This meant that one shelf couldn't be fixed. Contacted them and eventually they said they couldn't do anything as the order came via Wayfair. Contacted Wayfair who have proved to be equally useless. Never again use Wayfair

Great product but the sizing isn’t accurate, it doesn’t incorporate the drawer rails.

Very well made item, solid and attractive. A bit fiddly to fit inside existing kitchen cabinet, but works well.

fantastic product, saves my poor back from bending into the back of the cupboard.
