This pot combines innovative design with maximum scratch resistance and long service life. The 3-layer Polytetrafluoroethylene Profile Premium non-stick coating is so robust that even metal kitchen gadgets cannot damage it, yet it has excellent non-stick properties.
The pot is made of forged aluminium in cast look. Of course, thanks to our 4.5 mm thick induction base, it can be used on all types of stove - induction included. This combination of induction base and strong aluminium body ensures rapid heating, so frying, boiling and braising can be done very quickly - which also makes the pot energy efficient. A glass lid with a silicone surround for lying on is included in the scope of delivery, completely without any annoying rattling. The glass lid also has a vent hole for safe steam escape.
The ergonomic designer plastic handles are not only comfortable to hold. The surface is refined, so the soft-touch handles also feel extremely good. The double screw connection of the handles provides even more safety. The "Balance Induction Enduro" series has a patented Polytetrafluoroethylene Profile non-stick coating. This makes the cookware extremely robust against scratches, abrasion and corrosion. The 3-layer premium non-stick coating consists of a reinforced non-stick intermediate layer with silicon carbide particles, a high performance non-stick top layer and a ceramic reinforced base layer.
