Unfortunately there are some flaws, while one of the pieces that required a a screw it wasn't tightening, i had to fill the hole with wood puddy and redrill the hole. One of the cabinet doors on the bottom is bowed, the draws shimmy up and down and left and right, no stability. Bottom cabinet door alignment is atrocious. Having said that frame structure and stability is really good cabinet works as intended, what do you want for a remanufactured wood, no matter where it comes from. I wasn't expecting high quality built product. But if your looking for function over aesthetics then it serves the purpose of storage. I still like the product for what I bought it for extra storage for kitchen supplies. I also upgraded the knobs to brushed nickle because the screws that came with the black knobs were too short not enough for it to grab

Nothing against Gracie Oaks. It was shipped FedEx who delivered it a day late because the day it was to be delivered it was raining really bad and the box got wet, the driver dropped the box. The box was heavy and he took it back to FedEx and taped the box back up and delivered it the next day and when it was delivered the box was still wet bc of rain again and when I opened it up the particleboard was cracked, chipped and chunks broken off. It was unsalvageable. I was refunded my money. It is pricey for particleboard.

This item comes with very clear instructions for assembly and the fit of the parts is precise.

I am very happy with the cabinet. It took 2 of us a few hours to assemble the unit. Just a couple of the instructions were a little vague, but overall it was a good experience.

Feels flimsy and cheap. Instructions also have errors. Do not recommend
