Ypsilon 1.08L Carafe

One carafe arrived safe the second was broken on delivery. Received a random set of glass saucers that I hadn’t ordered. Now to battle with returning them The carafe that was intact is exactly what I wanted

This is a really nice item, but wholly let down by poor packaging for delivery. An oversize cardboard box, and very little cushioning: it's amazing that the Glass item arrived without damage. The bottom of the box was not taped, and was a folded affair that was loose and item could have easily fallen through. One plastic air pocket package, and some folded brown paper in the box, and not remotely given any thought for the fragility of glass. Given the problems of sending anything back- I'm disillusioned with Wayfair, having had very good quality care products previously. What's going on???? See photo of one trashed box... Item has been checked for cracks and chips. I'm just lucky.
