Had a problem as one was cracked and had been covered with sellotape but it was replaced . It must have been noticed before it left the factory and this was not good for the company.

Lovely looking pretty mugs. Larger than I thought but we like a decent sized cuppa luckily! The delivery was backordered as low in stock when I ordered. They took about 4 weeks to arrive! This could have been communicated better as I thought it would arrive in about 5 days with normal delivery.

Customer service was excellent after sorting out a replacement item that had been damaged in transit. No fuss brill. Thanks.

Just what we were looking for, the right size and value for money.

Loved these mugs when they arrived but after using them black marks appeared inside 5 of them I am unable to remove the marks Am returning the mugs
