Had a problem as one was cracked and had been covered with sellotape but it was replaced . It must have been noticed before it left the factory and this was not good for the company.

Lovely looking pretty mugs. Larger than I thought but we like a decent sized cuppa luckily! The delivery was backordered as low in stock when I ordered. They took about 4 weeks to arrive! This could have been communicated better as I thought it would arrive in about 5 days with normal delivery.
