Superb item and service

i am disappointed in the poor length of time the filter lasts, as I bought this to save me buying bottled water. It’s going to be more expensive to use as the need to purchase the filter more frequently than anticipated.

I have a kettle with filter built-in for hot drinks but wanted a more convient source of fresh drinking water. This works very well for my needs.

Good at the price. Need to remove lid every filling a little annoying.

I thought I would upgrade my existing jug but was disappointed with the new design of the handle it is not very comfortable especially when you have arthritis in the wrists. Old shape was much more ergonomically shaped for a good grip.
