Briat 2.4L Aluna Water Filter Jug with 1 Cartridge Blue

This is the second water jug I have owned of this type have never had any issues with the jugs. I like the fact that it means I do not have to descale my kettle, as I live in an extremely hard water area in the South East

I am so pleased that I upgraded my old britata water filter jug but don’t get me wrong my lastBritta lasted twenty years but new style outshines that one by far

My problem is that the filter does not last anywhere near 30 days which is very disappointing. There are onlyb2 of us in the house and we don't drink excessive amounts!

I used to have a Brita filter when my children were young, that was a long time ago and I fell by the wayside a bit. Recently my kettle gave up the ghost so I bought another one and was astonished to see hiw much lime scale was building up after a week. My son said get another water filter so I was pleased to see I could get one that fitted into the fridge door. I wish I had done this years ago now. No limescale and the water tastes so much better. I am going to order tge extra hard water filters as where I live tge water comes from chalk bore holes.

I bought this 2 months ago and I have changed filters according to the manual
