Folding 9.5L Slow Cooker

Great piece of equipment. Quite expensive but couldn't find anything similar. Consistent temperature. Great for dough proofing. Used it for sourdough and its great.

Easy to set up and has made bread proving better and more consistent.

Fabulous piece of kitchen equipment. Used it to prove bread dough for rolls. Easy to set up and use. Bigger than i expected. Pleased.

Used only for proving sourdough, and works brilliantly to keep a constant temperature. Then it folds up and goes behind the sofa till the Sourdough King needs another session. Clever King, clever gadget.

Having seen this being used by some very capable bread makers I have invested in one for proving dough and and to create soudough starters. The design is excellent and being collapsible makes for added convenience

When you want to make bread, especially sourdough, and live in a damp cold & drafty cottage this folding bread proofer/slow cooker is invaluable. It provides a controlled, constant temperature so takes that variable out of the equation. Add to that it packs away until the next time.
