De'longhi La Specialista Arte Bean to Cup Manual Coffee Machine

I received my coffee machine and was damaged, broken, refurbished. Wasting my time to deal with wayfair and the manufacturer to return this item and took one month to resolve this issue. I don’t recommend to buy this product.

This made my husband VERY HAPPY!!! I originally purchased it for our Italian home but I forgot about the plug issue with Europe, so he is keeping it in our Colorado home. Great price! I got a great deal when purchasing it, but it is worth it's original price!

Grinder stop working after a few weeks . Don't waste your money on this product could expend way less and probably got better use of it . Now I have to wait for De'longhi to either sent me part are a new one

This De'Longhi Specialista Automatic Espress Machine, is the Machine that I have been longing for, and I am so much enjoying making the coffee beverages I made, I worked at Starbucks as a Barista. I Highly Recommended anyone who is a Coffee Connoisseur, considering that you have to throw out the processed coffee grounds. But it does come close the Authentic Espresso Machines, verses having to measure the right amount of coffee, it knows how much coffee to dispense whether you're making a Doppio or Single Shot. This is the Espresso Coffee Machine of my Dreams, and I don't regret not one thing about it. - Vincenzo B.

Found this same machine at a major competitor site & they tried to sell me a return item for new. I purchased this machine from Wayfair and was totally satisfied with the transaction. Wayfair even delivered before Christmas with free shipping! The unit works very well, but there is a bit of a learning curve. We are making great espresso & americano coffees after a week we are just fine tuning to try and achieve perfection. This is not a K-cup machine & it takes a bit longer to make coffee in the morning. The difference in quality is worth it for us. The steam milk frother is amazing although a bit intimidating at first. Just remember the button that starts steam flowing is also the button to stop it ! The machine works brilliantly, but does take a little more time & the frother is pretty noisy. Totally satisfied with great price & delivery from Wayfair !
