The hole box is badly damaged, it wasn't packaged properly, no proper packaged inside the box, just a box of broken glass, glass coming out of the sides of the box, looks like it was kicked around. 3 glasses was complete out of 12 in total, glass coming out of the box like water. On top of all of that the delivery was very late, you didn't inform me I had to chase you, you have taken my money to get a extremely poor service in total
