Calla Piece Porcelain China Dinnerware Set - Service for 6

Awaiting still for delivery 5 weeks now two parcels both lost £180 . Heading into week 6 . Customer services rep after three times of correcting him kept referring to me as Sharron , which isnt my name . Had emails from Wayfair stating if I didnt receive parcel twice there will be further charges for delivery and they would email me on the day . .. How can anybody be available on the day thats if email comes through your in wifi area you receive email and can get home in time .. Presuming they find the parcel first Tracking sent has two entries before dropping off the grid beginning February adding more if you can imagine of a disastrous scenario the tracking was in German.. Sending me a £10 gift voucher I ordered £22.41 worth of goods , the gift voucher was irredeemable , after the rantings of a customer service rep condescendingly thinking I was computer illiterate , rude , demeaning . Who realised she couldnt do it either. She kept repeating like a parrot to me its store credit you have to go store and check out whats in your basket. Reading from their very own website it clearly states you need an 8,12,16 digit number to apply to earn credit which their wasnt . Then she announced through her ramblings and many attempts to add this credit she needed to Red flag this up as a technical computer glitch ..! Lol.... could I keep trying to check out throughout the day . When I suggested politely wouldnt it be easier for you to ring txt or email once the problem was resolved . To which she proclaimed she had no emailing facility and again not once but several times announced she was an inbound call centre . Having already earlier given her my email so it wasnt a security breach I suggested she write it down email the IT dept ask them to email once fixed , she couldnt do that as she had no means of emailing . Then she verbally warned me she would need to cut the call ... Which she did . Rang back was told only sales could credit to my account within 2 seconds it was done ! Everything was BS , half hour I wont get back on a ridiculous call.. Sales explained I would have to pay in full and credit would be 3 to 5 working days , £10 would be in my bank . Over a week still no credit ! Way to go wsyfair . Ive spent £400.00 in January 2022 with this company first time customer . Still awaiting £180.00 worth of goods , £10.00 credit gift voucher . Endless emails , phone calls with no resolve or logic to any issue. Each email given theres a thread to the long standing issues the reply is we cannot find your order , please provide name email order number address , when its all their with pictorial evidence on thread and in previous email , Im presuming bots just respond to procrastinate any issue delaying it further. Had one respond advising theres a specialist logistics team dedicated to finding the parcels ..... hopefully before Easter !

Farbe entspricht nicht der Abbildung. Geht man mal vom ursprünglichen Preis aus...wäre dieser zu hoch für die gelieferte Qualität. Was bedeutet eigentlich von Rosalind Wheeler Konnte keinen Hinweis auf diesbezügliche finden. Trotz allem ein schönes Alltagsgeschirr, welches aber leicht zu Abplatzungen neigt.

Genau wie auf den Fotos und in der Beschreibung beschrieben und absolut zu empfehlen.
