Bamboozling! Terrible buying experience. Sloppy customer service. Confusing, misleading advert. Much time wasted with Wayfair. So… I wanted a Table Runner, Red (with Silver). Not clearly listed on the ad which was very confusing. I was sent a Silver one. (All silver/grey). On the chat area I asked for a replacement (the Red with Silver, NOT all Silver) and was sent the exact same one as before, Silver! Tried again. After a lengthy explanation the last agent said he understood my frustrations and reassured me in the chat area he would get the order correct. I even sent a photo of the incorrect ones posted out, plus a ref of red/silver one I was after from the ad. Next, I received a THIRD Silver grey one!? (Was this triple mess up due a misfunctioning AI Robot, an incompetent agent, poor back systems, an IT catalog blunder, or a combination of all these factors?) I was then also told the item was NOT in stock, so no correct replacement, and that I would be refunded. The refund came through and was very low, it looked incorrect and was sent without explanation. So back on the chat again. 45 mins later this time, and at least two hours on the chat overall (spread over a month!) I ended up with getting my £4.99 postage back, yet any incentives or vouchers (on four items on a £50 order) had all been taken off this one incorrect item, so a £9.99 item I only got back £1.99!? Queried it and was bamboozled. So overall no better off, worse off infact, no red table runner and much wasted time. (Three silver ones to charity shop or car boot?) Note: I had later realised the Red (with Silver Diamantes) must have been listed under the Wine colour, even though it was Red, (told the agent at the third and fourth attempt) and was still in stock, yet was showing as Wine with a photo of the Red and Gold one! Confusing eh? And still posted the Silver, or told not in stock when it is in stock! I gave up, think they did too. What a farce! So bought the exact same Wine one elsewhere, took 5 mins, and came two days later. Simples. The item is OK and good value for money. Yet Wayfair need to sharpen up their act, get their facts and systems straight AND fix a terrible advert where you did not know what colour to order. Shame really, as the four chairs I bought prior to that, great price and quality, went very smoothly! Two completely different transactions. Bamboozling!

This is perfect match with my dinning table.

Really poor quality. The finish is terrible with bumps and raises along the entire runner. It doesn't sit flat all. Looks badly made. Can't even iron it. Sending this back

The perfect glamorous table runner! We are so pleased with this item it’s made the perfect addition to our new dining table. It’s stylish , good quality , and really brings some glamour to the room!! Would highly recommend!
