Hi I am not happy with this product, reason 1. I don’t think the materials were used to manufacture this product in very low quality according to the rigidness and durability of the body parts. 2. This product is not really good value for this price. 3. Overall performance of this product 50% reliable due to rigidity and durability. This made me some trouble while I am handling this product as per the attached picture. 4. Please arrange the procedure for refund about this purchase. Thank you for giving us a chance to use this product. I hope you will try your best to improve the quality in this product. Thanks

It is OK. I didn't find any difficulty in making chapatis. It makes quick and soft phulkas if you follow instructions, correctly. Cons are chapatis are thick and small in size. If you like thin and big chapatis then this is not for you.

Unfortunately I jave to be honest. I bought this machine for my daughter as she has an induction cooker and making chapatis is not the one on this hob. So I thought I treat her with this new machine. Very very disappointed with this product. Does not cook as per instruction and even when you tubed does not cook how it's supposed to. Money wasted
