Barbara Freundlieb A few years ago, Barbara Freundlieb, a native of the Rhineland, found her way to painting and illustration. After starting a family in Krefeld, the doctor of biology began her artistic training at private art schools. She regularly organizes exhibitions, illustrated books, poems and puts everything on paper that she encounters in everyday life. The observation of the human, interhuman and a distant view of oneself provide the inspiration for her drawings. Bringing everyday situations to life with a sharpened pencil on white paper is always exciting for her.
