Finally an electric skillet that heats evenly! I haven't tried the sear option, but I'm sure it is going to be just as great!

I'm very excited about my new electric skillet! It is such an improvement over the ones I had decades ago. I like the oval shape - no more corners to try to get the last bits from, and easier to clean.

My stove top is not the easiest to clean. I use this to save me from making a mess on my stove and it’s so much easier to clean! I really appreciate the versatility and how hot it can get to help me see your things before braising or other cooking methods.
