Not a brilliant toaster despite the price. Does not toast a whole side. And although I have only had this toaster for just over 7 months, some error has now occurred whereby each time it is used, it shorts the electricity system in the house. I, therefore, think that a refund should be awarded as I have been a Wayfair customer fir quite some time now.

Very disappointed. one side of the toaster is hard to push down the bread and the other side burns one side of the bread and doesnt toast the other side. It's such a shame as the toaster itself looks good. As it doesnt work as it says it should I would advise people to not buy.
