bought this and really regretted it , used only twice to keep warm for food , today wanted to try but it doesn't work . this is the first item I bought and regretted

Okay but the settings failed to let items be cooked correctly because the setting available was either too high or too low. A variable control would have been nice but good for price. First one failed in 4 weeks but received a replacement from judge.
