Good size cutters for thick chips or french fries. I find a large potato very difficult to push through so I have to cut them in half for easier operation. Maybe sort of potato, I use Maris Piper and they are a hard potato. Going to try King Edwards another good potato for chips and see how that is. I am 78 so maybe not so strong in the hands as a younger person, but I am pleased with it generally, better than using a knife!
