[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Went to Rome a few years back and went to a pizza cooking lesson there, the guy had a special oven that could cook pizza in about a minute with super high heat. Came out crispy yet tender. The kamado + dojoe gave me the closest result to date, highly recommend. Just a small design miss: I wish there was a way to close the airflow when I'm done cooking to preserve the remaining charcoal for the next run, but otherwise it's perfect
