Much longed for special present! Absolutely love it! Making some favourite family cakes which have been lighter and so much better than my previous bakes. Feels like I have a new hobby!

Incredible bit of kit!! Makes everything so light and fluffy!!

I purchased my Kitchenaid as my aging arms are complaining from my old school non-mechanical baking methods. It mixes so quickly and efficiently I am a total convert. The attachments are easy to change and mix thoroughly to the edges of the bowl. The unit is quieter than I expected and in addition it just looks beautiful. So far I have made cakes, scones and bread using my Kitchenaid and have been impressed with all the results, particularly breads and scones are lighter and obtained a better rise than from hand mixing. My favourite kitchen purchase in years.

I bought the pastry beater as I do a lot of pastry, it mixes it far better than a previous food processor I owned. I also bought the sifter and scale, it’s one add on that’s a must. My only negative is, I bought the official easy beginners recipe book and the measurements are all American cups and we use grams and litres or the old imperial.
