Only used it once to kneed bread dough, but it worked fine

I’ve been watching this Butter Colour for over a year now & the price dropped and I finally bought it. Only used it once to make shortbread and it was brilliant. I love it. It sits beautifully on my butchers block Island.

Aside from the colour being so bright and gorgeous!, I love whipping up cakes and bread/pizzas so easily. I'm looking forward to treating myself to the pasta attachment

I've listed after a KitchenAid mixer for years, and now that I've started to make my own bread and butter it made sense to invest in one. I'm not precious about colours but I did want 2 bowls and a splatter guard and this package gave me everything I wanted at a great price. The yellow is such a cheerful, sunny colour it just naturally makes you smile when you get it out to use 😊 I have found that I need to use a shower cap over the bowl to stop the buttermilk splashing everywhere, even when the guard is on as it just seems to find it's way out, but apart from that, I'm really pleased with my mixer.

I have wanted a kitchenaid for years but ive mostly gotten along with a basic electric hand whisk and my much loved hand me down wooden manual whisk which i do still use as i love its vintage cottage feel...but... I love to make bread, cakes and biscuits for the family and some days i dont feel like spending an eternity kneading and mixing, especially when time is short. I bit the bullet and got the artisan mixer in Butter, its easy to set up, and wow.... its amazing. It made short work of 24 banana muffin mix, cookie doughs and yesterday i made my self some salted butter for the first time using some heavy cream! If your wondering whats the difference between this mixer and a generic hand mixer or a stand mixer its everything! It works like a dream, its quiet for its power, i will never go back and now im dreaming of owning the pasta attachment 😆 Kitchenaid whats left to say? I am converted. Its an investment and not a little investment its quite an eye water but... it is worth every penny and its solid, well made and built to last! Would i buy again? Yes!
