First of all, it has a beautiful design, feels very sturdy, and is easy to attach to the KitchenAid machine. What’s so great about it is that it’s 3-in-1. You first roll the pasta dough thin and then choose which type of strips/noodles size you want (thick or thin). I didn’t know making pasta could be this easy!
