KF3 Fully Automatic Espresso Machine with Touchscreen Control

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my coffee machine. It makes a variety of coffees. You can change the amount of water, milk, strength and temperature. You can even save the settings for up to 4 different people. The self cleaning mode is also a huge plus. It’s quite big in size, but it’s perfect for my kitchen. This will save us a small fortune on takeaway coffees.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a fantastic bean to cup coffee machine! Offering a range of 9, coffee or coffee and milk options, one of which is an iced coffee option. In addition to hot water and warm milk. Each drink option can be tailored with the strength, temperature, amount of shots, and coffee volume to suit your taste which is really helpful to be able to choose every aspect of your drink. The grind and actual making of the coffee are much quieter than my previous machines and quieter than I expected. Probably my favourite feature about it is that you can add up to 4 user profiles, and in those save your favourite drinks with the quantity of coffee/water/milk and temperature also saved to your preference. Meaning you haven’t got to adjust it for each person or each time you make a drink and it’s a quick touch for the perfect coffee. For the milk based drinks it draws the milk from your jug at the side, then froths the milk and heats it. Once you are finished it then runs its own clean to clean out the pipes so hassle free. All in all it’s a great machine and is also slimmer than my previous one. I would definitely recommend it.

The bean-to-cup function is incredibly convenient and being able to press a button and have a full coffee made for you feels like a real luxury, especially on busy mornings. I also love that you can customise different coffee types and save settings for different users, which makes it really quick and easy to access my preferred drinks without adjusting everything each time. The coffee itself tastes great and comes out at a really good temperature. The automatic milk frothing is also good because it lets you make coffees at home without needing any barista skills. There are a few downsides though. The machine goes through quite a lot of water because it rinses to warm up, rinses again after using milk, and then rinses to cool down afterwards. While I understand why it does it, it does feel a bit wasteful at times. I also wasn’t a huge fan of the iced coffee option, although that could just come down to personal taste. One thing I did find disappointing was that I couldn’t see a cold milk frothing option, which would have been useful for making iced lattes, so I ended up frothing my own milk separately. Another minor issue was that the dispenser didn’t go high enough for my travel mug to fit underneath. Higher-end models also come with a dedicated milk container, whereas I had to use my own milk jug, although that personally didn’t bother me too much. Overall though, it’s a really convenient machine that makes great coffee and is ideal if you want good-quality drinks at home with minimal effort.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the KitchenAid KF3 espresso machine for a little while now, and overall I've been really impressed. First off, the design is great. It's quite slim for a fully automatic machine, so it didn't dominate my kitchen counter like I expected, this was a massive relief as I have a small kitchen. Setup was genuinely simple too. You basically plug it in and follow the on-screen instructions, which walk you through everything step by step. There's also a booklet and a QR code if you want more guidance. What I like most is how easy it is to use, you can also customise pretty much everything: espresso size, temperature, strength, drink size, it's easy to tweak drinks to your taste. It works with both whole beans and ground coffee, which is a big plus depending on what you have at home. The coffee itself is good and has a really nice texture. My partner absolutely loves it, some of my friends tried it too and said it tastes just like from the coffee shop! The milk frother works really well too, producing nice, creamy foam for drinks like lattes and cappuccinos. That said, there is one thing that really disappointed me, there's no option to just get frothed milk on its own. It seems like a small thing, but it's something I'd actually use quite often, and it feels like a missed feature on an otherwise very capable machine. Maintenance is also surprisingly low hassle. The machine rinses itself regularly, including the milk system. The drip tray and coffee grounds container are both quite large, so you're not constantly emptying them, and the water tank lasts for multiple drinks before needing a refill. All in all, it’s a high quality and easy to use espresso machine that makes great coffee and takes low effort to maintain. If you can live without the standalone milk froth option it’s a really solid choice.

It has a large range of coffee options which is great if you’re a coffee lover like me. You can choose which one you want from the screen feature, making the machine look all fancy. It comes in a range of different colours to match your kitchen. It is also very quiet for a coffee machine. The set up was relatively easy due to the detailed instructions. This version doesn’t come with a milk bottle as shown however we’ve just used our own. It comes with all accessories. The coffees are consistent in tasting the same. Cleaning is easy at it breaks down and comes apart. It’s easy to use especially if you’re always on the go like me.
