[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased the KitchenAid Fully Automatic Espresso Machine, a high-end and rather expensive product, and I've been testing it for a week. My experience has been mostly positive, but considering the price, I believe there is room for improvement.
The design is definitely one of its strengths. It’s elegant, sturdy, and adds a sophisticated touch to my kitchen. What impressed me the most is how easy it is to use: with just the press of a button, I can enjoy a professional-quality espresso or cappuccino, with intense flavor and a rich crema, saving me trips to the coffee shop.
However, I’ve encountered some drawbacks. The water tank is quite small, so I need to refill it frequently, which is not ideal for a product in this price range. Additionally, I find it inconvenient that the milk container is not integrated into the machine and is separate, taking up more space and making it harder to manage. The cleaning process is also not very intuitive; the instructions are unclear, and it takes longer than it should.
Overall, the coffee is excellent, but I expected a more polished experience for the price.
