I love these mugs; the first time I ordered them, they didn’t arrive. The second order for these mugs, arrived in shoddy packaging, and smashed inside the box. I would appreciate a full refund, for each time, I bought these beautiful 4 bone china mugs; I am, so disappointed. What do I do now? Do I reorder these mugs again? From Maria,x.

Bought for a friend for a Christmas present and she loves them. She won't use anything else now - apart from for guests, they're not allowed to use these!
