Klarstein Bella Elegance 6 Speed 5L Stand Mixer

Came damaged as per photo and missing the dough hook. When I reported it online, was offered a £17 discount. The dough hook, bought separately is on for £50! Asked for a return, and had somebody ask for proof again via email. This time they offered me 5% which was even lower, or a return. Had them send out a courier for return, still haven't received my refund, over 10 days later and also looks like I've been charged £10 for the privilege on the return receipt! Would have been happy to keep it otherwise, seemed like a good deal for the price. To confirm, it was bought new during the Black Friday sales, not used.

Great machine, making gluten free pastry this week. Looks great in the kitchen, game changer.

Beautiful mixer really easy to use

Excellent price quality and arrived 2 days earlier then expected

It does what it says in the tin. I made a meringue with it and it got whipped to perfection. Not sure how it deals with heavy dough mixing as I haven't tried but I like it so far.
