The whole experience was 10/10. Happy with the product

Broken box (AGAIN) on arrival, even though machine is well packed inside, the quality is rubbish. Plastic casing, flimsy metal pieces, feels very cheap, the frother came with the black cover falling off, this will not stay on- was offered partial refund by online agent then chat cut off and no further communication. Not happy and expect a review of this item and refund issued
